Territories

We deliver anywhere in Canada and the United States. Some territories are excluded from the offer. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund it.

Local delivery

It is possible to obtain local delivery for our customers on the territory of Sherbrooke, QC. Please select the in-store pick-up option and indicate in the message box that you want delivery and your delivery address. We will contact you to confirm your eligibility. Local deliveries are usually completed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday after your order.

In-store pickup

You will receive a pickup confirmation by email once your order is prepared. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for preparation.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight & size, destination and time of year of the package. All orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping, with some exceptions. All orders said, out of standard format is subject to a surcharge of $60. Fees may be applied later if the order must be delivered to a PO box.

Processing times

All shipments are processed within 48 hours of receipt of orders. Please allow 1 to 7 days before receiving your orders at your destination.

Sports Trans-Action does not guarantee satisfaction in terms of size, color or use. If the error is your fault, the return must be authorized and at your expense.

Sports Trans-Action is not responsible for package theft. To prevent this from happening, please choose the “delivery with signature” delivery method. If the signature has not been completed and theft results, please contact us and we will take care of making the claim with our shipping partner. A delay of up to 30 days may occur before a refund or a new order is sent.

Customs tariff measure (U.S. Customers)

Please note that due to measures implemented by the Trump administration, an additional 20% fee may be charged by U.S. customs authorities when clearing your package. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the regular customs clearance charges already in place.
